This coating offers a 60% decrease in water resistance compared to a conventional wetsuit which allows for increased speed. TWO-PIECE CONSTRUCTION A VELCRO® Brand touch fastener seal system is used to ensure that both pieces are properly attached. The VELCRO® Brand touch fastener allows the two parts to attach tightly preventing water from entering through the hip area. This improves hydrodynamics and ensures proper thermal insulation.
